Hi! My name is Rachel, and I’m a licensed esthetician with a passion for personalized skincare. Specializing in custom facial treatments, I use researched techniques to address individual skin concerns, from acne to aging. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations: I require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable. Missed Appointments: If a client fails to cancel their appointment and/or no-shows, they will be charged a 50% fee. Late arrivals: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule if the service cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled service, it is considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment. Life happens and I completely understand there are unexpected emergencies and events.
