Hi! My name is Rachel, and I’m a licensed esthetician with a passion for personalized skincare. Specializing in custom facial treatments, I use researched techniques to address individual skin concerns, from acne to aging. With a commitment to continuous learning and the latest skincare innovations, I ensure each client achieves their healthiest, most radiant skin. Where holistic meets science. Located inside of Salon Boutique in Hendersonville, Suite 155 LBGTQ+, body positive, POC safe space.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations: I require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable. Missed Appointments: If a client fails to cancel/reschedule their appointment and/or no-shows, they will be charged a 100% fee of services booked. Late arrivals: Please note that if you are more than 7 minutes late, we may have to reschedule if the service cannot be completed in the remaining time frame, your service will also be cut short out of respect of my clients scheduled after you. If I do not hear from you 7 or more minutes into your scheduled service, it is considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment. Life happens and I completely understand there are unexpected emergencies and events.
