Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
I require a minimum of a 36 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable.
Missed Appointments:
If a client fails to cancel or reschedule their appointment before 36 hrs of the scheduled time, and/or no-shows, they will be charged up to a 100% fee of services booked.
Late arrivals:
Please note that if you are more than 7 minutes late, we may have to reschedule if the service cannot be completed in the remaining time frame, your service may also be cut short out of respect of my clients scheduled after you. If I do not hear from you 7 or more minutes into your scheduled service, it is considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment.
